Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact form submissions. First name and message body when you send us a note through /contact.
- Quiz answers. When you complete a pest match quiz (e.g., at /al/pest-quiz-v2) we collect the answers you select — pest type, urgency, property type, indoor/outdoor context, ZIP code, and any additional identifying information you choose to share.
- Phone-call routing metadata. When you tap a call button, we log the timestamp, the routing partner selected, and a hashed identifier for the campaign that referred you. If you speak with a partner, the partner separately records the call under their own privacy practices.
- Correspondence. Any additional messages, replies, or feedback you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data. Pages visited, referring URL, time on page, and interaction events (e.g., quiz step completions).
- Device data. Browser type, operating system, device family, and screen resolution.
- Log data. IP address, access times, and general geographic region derived from IP.
We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from log data alone.
Cookies and similar technologies

- Match you to a suitable licensed pest control provider based on your ZIP, pest type, and urgency.
- Route your phone call to a direct partner or pay-per-call network provider in your area.
- Send you the response you asked for when you submit our contact form.

- Measure the performance of ad campaigns that referred you (aggregate, not individually).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We retain contact form submissions and quiz completions for as long as necessary to respond and improve the service. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely. You may request deletion at any time through our contact page; we will respond within 30 days.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including encryption of data in transit (TLS), encryption of data at rest, and role-based access controls. No transmission over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
